NYC Health + Hospitals: Introduction to GSI Dashboard

GSI Dashboard is the electronic medical record (EMR) utilized by NYCHH Lead Health Home. This training aims to provide users with an overview of the system in order to gain access.

Instructions on how to obtain GSI login:

  1. Complete the Introduction to GSI Dashboard training
  2. Download “GSI User Request” Form which can be found under the Documents tab
  3. After completing this training, employees are to have their supervisor and/or training coordinator complete submit the completed GSI User Request Form via email to Nelly Norcross at [email protected]

Additional trainings will be available for Care Coordinators and Supervisors.

Users will have a general understanding of the GSI Dashboard system in order to receive login information.

Users will be able to identify where and how to document services provided to members.

Users will be able to enter a member’s demographic information into GSI and add them to their patient panel.

Users will be able to navigate throughout the different applications of GSIDashboard and understand their use.

Users will know where to go if they need a refresher training on any of the items discussed in this training.
